Qualifications
Qualified staff are the foundation of our work. Our team includes people with a master's degree (mgr), a bachelor's degree (lic.) and a technical diploma (tech.). We also have English lectors, so the language is part of children's everyday life.
Every group is looked after by three people. Children always have someone they know, and parents know whom to ask.
The management oversees all the work. Aneta Świderska and Anna Arbaczewska run the nursery and the kindergarten, caring for children's safety and for good cooperation with parents.

Two groups, one family
Children in the nursery are split into two small groups. Each one is looked after by the same carers every day, who know the rhythm of the day and the needs of every little one.

How we work together
Every child has people in the group who know them. This helps settling in, and the child feels safe in a familiar setting.
The team shares observations with parents and plans together how to support each child's development.
Child safety is everyone's responsibility. Our rules for protecting children are set out in a separate policy, which you can read on the website.
