Staff do not meet children outside working hours or contact them through private channels. Physical contact is allowed only when it meets the child's needs and is safe.
Children learn respect and kindness. Physical violence, mocking and violating privacy are not allowed, and staff respond at once.

Children use the internet only under a teacher's supervision. Protective software is updated at least once a month.
Share your concern with a teacher, the psychologist or the director. Every suspicion is recorded in an official note and passed on.
The psychologist or the director contacts the child's guardians and informs them of the concern. A support plan for the child is prepared. More complicated cases are handled by an intervention team.
A notice of a crime can be filed with the police or the prosecutor's office. Where a parent, guardian or another child is the cause, you can also apply to the family court with jurisdiction over the child's place of residence. Reports can be anonymous, although giving your details helps to clarify the case faster.
